Plaintiff seeks to enforce the Private Attorney General Act (PAGA) and recover penalties on behalf of aggrieved current and former hourly non-exempt employees for Hilton’s policy to pay employees based on rounded rather than actual time worked, which results in failure to: (1) pay all regular and overtime wages: (2) correctly calculate the regular rate of pay; (3) pay the required amount for missed meal period premiums; (4) issue accurate itemized wage statements; and (5) pay all wages due at termination.
